tester.Continuous dynamic recrystallization occurred in the weld zone to form fine equiaxed crystals.Under the action of mechanical force and thermal cycle, the affected area of heat engine has an arc structure.Microstructure grain coarsening occurred in the heat affected zone.When the rotational speed is 375r/min and the welding speed is 100mm/min, the tensile strength of the joint is the highest, which can reach 88.6% of the base material.The distribution of weld hardness is in the shape of "W", and the minimum value appears in the transition between the heat-affected zone and the heat-affected zone on the retrograde side.
